An excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a forward-thinking private practice with over 30 years of experience and track record of highly successful projects working within multiple sectors including commercial, residential and education.

About The Role

Based in Surrey, this award-winning construction consultants provide core services of quantity surveying, project management and contract administration working with both private and public clients across London.

With clients including the Royal borough of Greenwich and Bell Hammer, this award-winning consultancyprides themselves on maintaining long standing client relationships. As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will have a natural client facing ability in order to uphold their bespoke, tailored service underpinned by technical knowledge. Working closely with senior members of staff you be given all the necessary support to progress within the industry.

About You

The successful candidate will have a property/construction related degree and ideally be RICS accredited. You will be a driven individual who is keen to further their career and benefit from this nurturing work environment and an employer who invests heavily in each individual, providing training and APC support. Whilst you'll be working on a variety of projects across multiple sectors, it is desirable that you have knowledge of the project lifecycle as well as pre & post contract work.
