This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual looking to work as part of the Authority’s Estates and Asset Management function, contributing to the management and review of its land and buildings and delivering the Property Management function on a diverse portfolio of assets.
This role will provide an estate management and valuation service, including the management of tenanted property; the acquisition and disposal of Council assets; valuation of the Council’s assets; and supporting regeneration and new development opportunities.
The successful candidate will have an academic/professional qualification in Real Estate Management and will be a Chartered Valuation Surveyor with an advanced level of post qualification experience.
The ability to deliver a service through the medium of Welsh is highly desirable.
