Your new role
This is an office-based role but we do offer the opportunity to work remotely. Starting immediately this is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified Lease Advisory surveyor with excellent career potential to join a professional, dynamic and expanding organisation as part of the lease advisory and valuation team. The successful applicant will have recently passed the APC and would be supported in their development with access to CPD events.

Day to day, you will be liaising with a variety of clients including large and small corporate organisations, institutional landlords, property companies, livery companies, organisations with charitable status, high net worth individuals and a number of London's leading landed estates. It will be a varied workload including rent review, lease renewals and lease restructures on a variety of commercial properties including offices, industrial, high street retail and private and further education sectors. The work will be predominantly London centric but we have a national remit for key clients, working independently on the successful candidate's caseload as well as working closely with the partners and other senior members of the team assisting them on more complex instructions; and working closely with the Agency teams.

What you'll need to succeed

• MRICS Qualified with at least 6 months' post-qualified experience
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365

What you'll get in return
The successful candidate will earn between £40,000 and £50,000 depending on experience.
