The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new GP surveyor to join our growing team as a result of continued organic growth and the award of a new contract for the delivery of commercial property services throughout the South East and South West of England, therefore travel will be required to fulfil this role.
The successful candidate will be client facing and will have the opportunity to deal with a variety of instructions across Landlord & Tenant, Agency, Valuation as well as general commercial property consultancy. Team development and career progression is a very important factor for us and there will be the opportunity to further specialise should the candidate wish.
About You
We are looking for a confident and energetic surveyor to join our team, ideally with a bias towards L&T and valuation work and at least 2-5 years+ PQE. You will be a self-starter and ideally you will have experience advising Institutional, corporate and property company clients with a desire to win new business and the ability to cross sell company services. For the partner level applicants, you will ideally have an existing client list and the business acumen to drive growth through the business lines you are involved in.
