Senior Project Manager

Are you a Manchester based Senior Project Manager? Do you want to be part of the growth in this region for a smaller but leading consultancy.

You will get to work on projects that are not only interesting and exciting, but where you will continually able to learn and develop your skills. This role is for an inquisitive, can do, strategic thinker.

This role is for a Senior Project Manager that is looking to get away from the large corporate and join a growing team where their input will matter. This is a delivery role, it has an autonomous feel however the backing of an established consultancy is on hand when needed.

As a Senior Project Manager you will be exposed to a broad range of sectors and Clients. This is a property orientated role working with the likes of Bruntwood and Muse and other PRS developers and Asset managers. Their project portfolio is strong with work in PRS, commercial new build and residential mixed use as well as cool boutique hotels, with project values up to circa £50/60m
