We are retained by an established small but very well regarded partnership to secure a Graduate Building Surveyor who is looking to complete their APC and become chartered.
Established in the late 1940’s the partnership provides a variety of services from building surveying, cost management, health & safety and project management. They work with a variety of clients who own or operate assets within the commercial, education, health, leisure and residential sectors operating from three offices nationwide.
The position will be based within the heart of London within a team of 10 strong who are focused on design and management of construction projects. they also take on professional duties within neighborly matters and dilapidations and technical due diligence. You will benefit from a diverse workload as projects range from £100k through to £2 million. Regularly you will be supporting the Chartered Building Surveyors developing knowledge throughout areas such as party wall, building surveys, dilapidations, feasibility studies through to project management & contract administration.
To be successful:
You will be a graduate building surveyor who has successfully completed a BSc Building Surveying. You will have 6 - 24 months experience working for either consultancy or private practice. You will be passionate about industry, motivated and keen to progress your APC.
