Building Surveyor - Employers Agent

Due to recent success in securing several large long-term contracts. Our client is seeking an Employers Agent to join their London team.

Employing over 200 staff with offices situated throughout the Southeast of England. Our client has sustained a well-respected reputation within the public & private sectors, delivering a wide variety of services, ranging from building surveying, through to project management, FM and design.

The successful Employers Agent will be working within sectors including, regeneration, education, senior living, private commercial and mixed use. Main responsibilities will include developing the client brief and assembling the project team, through to preparing tender and contract packages, contract engrossments and business development.

The successful candidate will be MRICS and will come from a building surveying or quantity surveying background. You will have good interpersonal skills and are able to work well within a team. You will be client facing, with experience in design and build contracts, JCT or bespoke development arrangements. You will be used to dealing with fee proposals, manging clients, developing accurate tender packages and are able to run projects from inception through to completion.

In return the business will provide an attractive package inclusive of salary up to £60,000, Bonus, Pension, Healthcare and more.
