Job Details
The successful Senior Project Manager will be based out of their office, which is a 5-minute walk from Liverpool Street Station and be travelling to multiple projects in London.
Our client's upcoming portfolio includes 4 large residential schemes (luxury retirement village, country refurbishment development, 2 high end residential builds), a range of major NHS framework projects along with education and commercial builds all valued between £15M - £20M.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be expected to have the following skills & experience:
- Contract Administration
- Manage projects from inception to completion
- 5-10 years' experience in a Project Management role
- Delivery of NEC and JCT forms of contract
