Are you a skilled Project Manager looking to take a step up, develop your skills and experience by getting involved in Science & Healthcare Projects, projects that are always more complex and innovative than the last?

Our client is a global engineering and project management consultancy. There offices are known for being warm, dynamic and motivating with a proven track record of successfully delivering local and overseas projects.

We are looking for a Project Manager based in Oxford or a small commute away to work on science and Health care type projects where you'll be joining a team of experts. The challenging projects range from £20m to over £250 million. The projects are based in and around Oxford, Oxfordshire and further afield.

Your Responsibilities as a Project Manager:

You will need to be a real self-starter, as this Project Manager role would cover the whole project life cycle from initial inception and business case, through the design, procurement process, site delivery, commissioning phase and defects management.

Minimum Requirements for the Project Manager:

· You will need to have worked for a consultancy or healthcare client organisation.

* Professional Qualification - ideally Project Management/ Construction/Engineering/Quantity Surveying Master's Degree

* Ideally working towards Chartered Status with the RICS, CIOB, RIBA, ICE or other equivalent institution

* Prince 2 or MSP experience is desirable but not essential

* Some knowledge/experience of the NHS Business Case Approval Process

* Exposure/knowledge of Client management role plus understanding

* Good communication and organisational skills

* Highly motivated with a 'can-do attitude'

* Some knowledge/experience of JCT Contract Administration

* Some knowledge/experience of NEC 3/4 Contract Administration
