Assistant Building Surveyor

A hardworking and flexible Assistant Building Surveyor is now needed to join a central and modern consultancy, based riverside in Manchester.

As the new Assistant Building Surveyor, you will be covering all traditional building surveying services, including dilapidations and party wall matters. This is all commercial surveying.

During your role as Assistant Building Surveyor, you will also benefit from project experience, mainly within the education sector, providing contract administration for small new builds and refurbishments.

There are currently 60 staff in the office 6 of which make up the Building Surveying team, which is expanding throughout the year, as well as a modern kitchen, dart board, pool table and tv with a good and light atmosphere.

The Assistant Building Surveyor

• A BSc Building Surveying or equivalent experience
• Hardworking and willingness to learn
• Flexible attitude
• A full UK license
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Previous experience in dilapidations, party wall or other BS services
• Project experience would also be beneficial
