Lettings Assistant Sheffield £17,000-£19,000 + Commission
Your new company
A large Sheffield based independent lettings and property management firm who specialise Student & Residential accommodation are searching for a Lettings assistant
Your new role
You will assist the Senior Property Manager with Lettings, rent reviews & lease renewals on their property portfolio rent incomes, along with a number of other duties including but not limited to Property viewings to customers along with pitching the property to them, carrying out References on potential customers, tenancy agreements, assisting with the exit of existing customers and moving in of the new tenant, rent arrears and evictions.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have a MSc or BSc in a property related subject
