L&T / Property Management Surveyor

The Company
Joshua Robert Recruitment are excited to working exclusively with a leading property company in the West Midlands. They are an independent firm of chartered surveyors, commercial property agents and retail/leisure property consultants offering a high quality, comprehensive and professional property service. Due to a period of significant growth, this ambitious and forward-looking organisation is seeking an experienced L&T / Property Management Surveyor to join their highly successful business.
 
The Role
 
The diverse role will involve supporting the professional services department of the business, working across L&T, property management, and valuation. The successful candidate will be advising on landlord and tenant matters to include rent reviews, lease renewals, re-gears and 3rd party disputes, as well as assisting in the management of a mixed-use portfolio covering all aspect of the property management function. There will also be scope to support the valuation team on Red Book and Pension Fund valuations across all commercial property sectors.
 
 
The Person
 
The ideal candidate will either be a RICS qualified Surveyor, or a graduate working towards their APC. You will have a degree in a relevant subject and a considerable knowledge of commercial landlord and tenant law, ideally within a consultancy environment. APC support is on offer for the right individual.
 
This is a great opportunity for an agency professional looking for a change, or equally for a Surveyor interested in a professional management role. Office experience is highly desirable, however not essential.
