A strategic recruit for this established consultancy based in South Yorkshire - they are looking for an Associate / Director level MRICS Building Surveyor ideally with a Project Management bias to enhance an already successful team. This is a new opportunity within a relatively new South Yorkshire Based office for this organisation & is an exciting time to join this business helping to establish and grow their reputation in the Yorkshire Market. With big national clients they are extremely busy. You will play a key part in the team to help develop and win business and service an already established client base.

Your new role
You will be covering all aspects of building surveying including project working and cover a wide range of sectors including retail, housing providers, leisure, education, healthcare, residential & commercial. Your role will include dilapidation, condition surveys, and schedules of condition, project delivery, Building repair & refurbishment, building surveys, party wall matters, expert witness services. Business development is going to be a key part of this role and experience or desire to help a business grow and thrive will be essential for this role.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be MRICS Qualified with experience in Building Surveying & Project Management ideally in the Residential, Retail, Social Housing, Leisure, Education, Commercial & Healthcare sectors. It is desirable that you have experience managing a team and developing a team of surveyors and an untapped market for a business within this organisation.
