Your new role

Commercial Property Manager - Client-Side Career Opportunity

A brand new exclusive to Hays, career opportunity to join a fast-growing commercial estate who are looking to continue their expansion and strengthen their commercial property management department. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside the senior members of the team to optimise and improve the estate managing lease transactions, head lease events, business rates, transaction management, day to day property management and service charge management.

What you'll need to succeed

APC - MRICS Qualified - Preferable

The successful candidate will hold relevant commercial property management experience along with the ability to advise on strategic asset management matters. Experience of managing a diverse and multi-tenanted portfolio, office, retail and healthcare experience would be preferable. This is a APC level to Newly MRICS Qualified role, full APC training and support will be provided.
