This young, forward thinking surveying firm, led by 2 respected industry figures, have made a big impact over the last 2 years. Working with a range of major developer/investor clients on commercial/residential schemes, they are regarded as one of the go to firms in the party wall and neighbourly matters sector. 

The opportunity 
As part of on going growth, they are looking to appoint an additional Party Wall Surveyor in their London team. You will work closely with a director and senior surveyor and be given excellent guidance and mentoring to enhance your knowledge. 

The role 
This is a varied role that will cover delivery and client interaction within the party wall/neighbourly matters sector. You will be responsible for delivering party wall notices, recording schedules of condition and negotiating party wall awards.

Ideal candidates will be degree qualified in a property/construction related subject and have a minimum of 1 years' experience in party wall or building surveying. 

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering party wall notices
• Recording schedules of condition 
• Negotiating party wall awards 
• Managing client relationships 

The successful candidate will be: 

• Degree qualified, ideally in a property related subject 
• Party wall or Building surveying experience on commercial/residential property 
• Looking to become a specialist party wall surveyor 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

Package on offer:

• £35-45,000
