Job Details
You will be working with housing provider based in South Yorkshire with an ambitious investment agenda, they are looking for experienced and knowledgeable asset management professional, ideally you will have previous experience managing a small team. My client is happy to consider candidates who are looking to take on extra responsibility and the next step in their career.
Responsibilities and Duties Duties Include:
- Acquisitions and disposals.
- Stock conditions
- Investment planning
- Asset data
- Asset sustainability modelling
- Asset options appraisals
- Environmental strategies including Zero carbon strategies
- Maximise opportunities to grow housing stock
- You will be managing a small team of asset professionals
