GP Surveyor - St Albans & Home hybrid working

£50,000 - £70,000 DOE + car allowance + bonus/benefits package

Our client is a National firm with 150+ employees. A Multidisciplinary Property Consultancy that covers Valuation, L&T, Agency, Property Management, Healthcare, Building Surveying, Planning & Development and Rating.

Due to ambitious growth plans they are seeking an experienced GP Surveyor to work from their office in St Albans. You will be carrying out Landlord & Tenant work with some agency instructions and non-bank lending valuations. Experience in L&T is a must!

We need to speak to ambitious surveyors who want to help build a team help grow a business. You will benefit from a collegiate working environment, excellent marketing and IT resources and ability for share/ownership.
