This company is an independent and well-established project management consultancy who offer a wide range of professional services to high quality clients across a variety of market sectors.
Due to successful expansion, they are seeking an Intermediate to fully qualified Project Manager to become an integral part of their dedicated team based in London. You will be reporting to the Senior Project Manager and join a dedicated client account with an initial focus on a large fit out scheme in London. You , Project Manager will be supporting as well as leading with Project Management tasks through RIBA Stages 4-7 including transformation to operation.
Responsibilities as their capable Project Manager:
Working on a variety of projects, including fit-out projects
Working from initial planning through to feasibility and final figures
Multi stake holder client liaison
Tracking the progress of the project and ensuring it meets the clients' requirements
Requirements for the Project Manager:
Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
Ideally MRICS accredited, if not the company is willing to support somebody through their APC
Must be able to run their own projects
Experience working with funding bodies would be beneficial, as would understanding the draw down process
