Here’s an opportunity for an Associate to work on 100,000 to 700,000 sq ft high end Central London Trophy assets for one of the most renowned firms in the UK and play a key part in the growth of a hugely exciting team. This isn’t your average run of the mill Property Management role with a huge focus on value added service such as ESG, Sustainability and Proptech, this is a modern take on the old classic. Other responsibilities such as lease renewals and rent reviews will not be part of this Associate level role.

It’s an opportunity to work with a forward-thinking team and high-profile clients focusing on assisting your clients to retain occupiers and bring their assets into the modern era. This particular team’s portfolio in the last 3 years has grown by over 5 million sq ft of office space. That being said Central London Office experience is essential for this role.

You’ll be working from The City office near Bank station with the benefit of flexible working. The role provides huge earning potential and a clear pathway to progression to match with 75% of Partners starting as Graduates.
