You will be AssocRICS / MRICS / FRICS qualified with experience of a variety of valuation work in your geographical area.
Our client, established in 1890, is a leading property firm and is formed of independent property professionals. It provides residential and commercial property services covering sales, management, lettings, valuations, surveys and a range of specialist professional services.
With a first-class reputation, they have a proven reputation and track record of providing the very best in client care. A testament to this, is the fact that a large percentage of their clients have been with them for many years.
Due to recent growth, they are expanding and are seeking dedicated and resourceful residential surveyors to join their already outstanding team. You will be home based and able to undertake mortgage valuations, homebuyer surveys and building surveys would be a bonus. This role provides an opportunity for the Surveyor to develop their skills, knowledge and experience in all areas of valuation and survey work.
Remuneration includes £48,000-£60,000 based on location, skills and experience + 10% commission as an uncapped monthly bonus scheme. Other benefits include car & holiday allowance, pension contributions, private healthcare, industry leading technology and technical support, homebased working, plus ongoing RICS & CPD fees & Perkbox subscription.
The jobholder will need to be able to work under their own initiative and will also be rewarded for the generation new business.
