Our Client is a specialist property management, commercial and residential valuation and building surveying consultancy.

Projects: Commercial, Mixed use and Residential

Company Headcount: 40 - 55

Role of the Building Surveyor:

Ensure that building defects are accurately diagnosed and that trails are thoroughly investigated.Including full photographic evidence and comprehensive site notes.Thorough and accurate surveys are conducted on site to the required standard and within required timescales. Expert Witness Reports are prepared to the required forensic standards within required timescales.Detailed and accurate planning drawings are produced to building control standards.The Plan Register is kept up to date.Drawings, Specifications and Reports are Peer Reviewed and corrected by picking up any points that may have been missed.Billing targets are met.

Requirements of the Building Surveyor role:

MRICS or AssocRICS qualified Experienced in undertaking homebuyers reports and building surveys on a wide range of residential propertiesFull drivers license
