Director - Strategic Land

We are working with a leading independent property business who are looking to appoint a Director to spearhead their strategic land division in the Midlands.

The post holder will be responsible for taking a lead on identifying and building a pipeline of land opportunities across the Midlands region.

Day to day work will include site identification, negotiating terms, liaison with landowners and legal professionals, overseeing planning activities and working with internal/external consultants on all aspects of site promotion, extension of options, community engagement, advice on developer procurement / collaboration, and scheme viabilities and analysis.

You will have the benefit of working with a team of in house consultants including planners, environmental experts and construction professionals enabling you to offer clients a service focused approach to land promotion.

The role would suit an experienced land professional with a good network of contacts across the Midlands. You will have a proven track record of bringing sites forward and solid understanding of the planning process.
