£60,000 - £70,000 per annum

A prestigious multi-discipline practice is looking to add a Senior Property Consultant to their team in Winchester or Reading. My client is arguably one of the leading construction organisations in the built environment. The Property Consultant's team boasts over 35 professionals across the UK.

Role:

The role is to support the Partner in the team with daily management of internal and external stakeholders. You will manage existing and new survey schemes, collect important data, provide asset management advice and spot new business development opportunities. Other duties also include quality controlling data analysis work and providing clients with best practice solutions.

Senior Property Consultant:

The ideal professional will come from a building surveying or construction background, you will be RICS or CIOB qualified. You will need to have strong technical awareness of the construction industry. Knowledge of asset management, compliance and statutory best practice are essential requirements as you will be advising clients. Being confident and having excellent verbal and written communication skills are key as this is a client facing role.
