INTERIM ESTATES AND VALUATIONS SURVEYOR
£40-45 per hour INSIDE IR35
Lancashire
CONTRACT: 6 months initially
WFH: Required 2 days in office/on site, remainder from home
START DATE: February 2022
Park Avenue are working with a Local Authority in Lancashire who require an Interim Estates and Valuations Surveyor.
You'll be assisting in the management of:
- Asset Management
- Estates Management
- Valuations
In this role, you'll be focused on their commercial portfolio, working alongside 10 other Property Professionals, who work on an interim and permanent basis. There's plenty of people to speak with if you need any assistance!
You should be MRICS accredited and being a Registered Valuer is desirable.
Having a Full Driving Licence is required as you'll be completing site visits.
Local Authority experience is preferred, but not essential.
