An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Agency Surveyor to join a market leading independent property consultancy. The role will be based in their modern central London offices. Their office agency team has continued to grow in recent years and as a result they are now looking to appoint a new Surveyor. The team have a great reputation in the market for offering a high level of service to a range of clients including REIT’s, private individuals, investors and public sector clients.

Main Responsibilities

• Arranging and conducting viewings
• Compiling and updating marketing packs
• Preparing pitch documents, market report and appraisals
• Business developments

Skills & Experience

• RICS Qualified
• Agency experience
• Full driving licence
• Excellent communication skills
