Interested in working on prime, high value heritage projects as a Senior Quantity Surveyor?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional, dynamic and long established property and construction consultancy working on projects across the heritage, commercial, high-end residential and education sectors.
About the role
This medium sized consultancy has been providing expert project and cost consultancy services for three quarters of a century, adopting a pragmatic approach through listening and responding to the needs of their esteemed clients. Previous projects include the Royal Botanical Gardens at Kew, the Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich as well as grade II listed residential properties.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will join the close knit team sub 20 in our Shoreditch office and be able to work both autonomously on your own projects and collaboratively with colleagues whilst leading from the front.
About you
The successful candidate will be a traditional style of Quantity Surveyor, confident preparing bills of quantities, reports and fulfilling both pre and post contract duties. Ideally you will be chartered and MRICS or at least be moving towards it. It is essential that you have experience working on heritage projects as that is the current focus.

You will receive a highly competitive salary up to £60-65k per annum as well as an impressive benefits package as well as the flexibility to work from home as desired.
