General Practice Surveyor within the public sector to join an exciting team

Your new role
You will be responsible for providing effective day to day property advice to clients,
work within the various timescales laid down by statute and clients to manage the caseload in accordance
with initiatives and directives whilst maintaining outputs of appropriate quality.

What you'll need to succeed
You must hold a Professional Chartered membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and be Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualified. You must be familiar with relevant construction, health and
safety legislation and risks and hazards associated with asbestos.
