Job Details

A Chartered Surveying and Property practice are seeking a bright and enthusiastic Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team who have recently received several promotions which reflects the growing success and nature of the company.

The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor will work alongside the Directors and Senior Quantity Surveyors, assisting on a variety of pre and post contract roles on hotel, private residential, office, and retail projects.

The Graduate Quantity Surveyors Role

Based a short walk from London Bridge station, this is an excellent position for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor looking to expand their knowledge.

  • Assisting with tenders, contract administration,
  • Assisting with estimates and planning
  • Preparing programmes, taking minutes, and preparing presentations
  • Ad hoc admin and assisting the more senior QSs and PM's where required.

The Graduate Quantity Surveyor

The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor will have a construction or building related degree and some quantity surveying experience.
