Our Client: Well established and growing firm of chartered surveyors Projects: Local authority, Social Housing and Affordable Housing Company Headcount: 1000 - 1500 Role of the Valuation Surveyor: Development AppraisalsProperty acquisition by negotiation or Compulsory Purchase PowersGeneral Fund and HRA Asset valuations for accounting purposesCapital and rental ValuationsAsset Management Requirements of the Valuation Surveyor: Professional membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with at least 2 years PQEBachelor's Degree or equivalent in an Estates related discipline is essentialLegal knowledge of, compulsory purchase and compensation, landlord and tenant and knowledge of property valuation techniquesFull UK driving licence as this role requires frequent travel to other offices and sites Benefits: 27 days holiday plus bank holidays, private healthcare, pension, discretionary bonus scheme, flexible working, regular team bonding events and professional subscriptions paid.
