Commercial Property Manager - Opportunity to transition into Asset Management!

We have been instructed by a privately-owned, well-funded and super active asset manager in London as we look to hire an ambitious commercial property manager with the appetite to combine property management with asset management.

We are looking for someone either recently qualified at Surveyor level, up to an experienced Senior Surveyor and the salary on offer will depend on your level of experience. I am also looking to speak to Associates with the right experience.

The post will be based from their modern office in Central London.

As the successful applicant, you will be given both autonomy and support in an environment which offers unrivalled client exposure and an introduction to asset management in a safe and supportive space.

Your role will see you working in a close-knit team, reporting into a senior asset manager, responsible for managing a property portfolio made up of a variety of commercial assets (industrial bias), spread across outer London and the South East of England.

We are looking for applicants who hold experience in commercial property management having been responsible for service charge management. You must have a good understanding of commercial leases and have a keen interest in fulfilling a lucrative career in asset management, working for a very active, well funded and forward thinking investment firm.

Please note, you will ideally need to have access to a vehicle for the early days but will be able to claim back mileage costs. Company car is offered as part of the benefits package after passing probation.
