Head of Agency

Michael Paul Consultancy are a specialist firm of Chartered Surveyors working in the leisure real estate sector and are looking for a Head of Agency to join our team.

Our head office is located in Bristol, but we have further offices in the Midlands and Scotland and we work nationally, so remote working and support is a realistic option. We work with a range of clients on a mix of projects all within the leisure sector, with a particular focus on holiday park and marina industries. As such some travel to visit sites is required.

The role will involve:

• Working across the leisure park sector

• Supporting our clients to deliver their objectives through the development of their businesses.

• Executing acquisitions and disposals for owners and occupiers within your geographic region.

• Working with other departments to enhance revenue streams.

• Undertaking some non-lending valuation based work.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Member of the RICS is essential, preferably with experience in the leisure sector.

• Consultancy experience would be beneficial.

• Commercial agency experience is essential

• An ability to quickly adapt to a different marketplace and gain a new client base

• An ability to generate own workload and support the workload of the wider team

• Confident communication skills with a range of clients from private investors, public sector agencies, property companies, developers and funds.
