Independent Chartered Surveyors in Essex are currently seeking a Junior Surveyor
The role would suit a graduate or junior surveyor with 1-2 years experience who is looking to experience Party wall Surveying, deal with Contract Administration/ Project Management processes and take a hand in Architectural schemes and submissions. All job roles will lead to the individual being supported through the APC process and then becoming Chartered with the RICS.
Minimum requirements:
- Have good communication skills.

Have a dynamic and personable nature, personal drive and self-motivation.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Architectural drawings.
- Good understanding of construction methods.

Have good organisational skills and apply time management skills to own workload.

Work as part of a team.

Be computer literate.

Have your own transport.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Building Surveying Degree preferred)
You will be joining a bespoke/ independent practice of Chartered Building Surveyors & Architects based near Chelmsford.
Working Hours 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Remote working available and subject to the individual.
