A great opportunity has arisen for a hardworking and client facing Senior Building Surveyor to join a growing Building Surveying Consultancy based in Birmingham.
The Senior Building Surveyor Role
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be working within a range of sectors completing professional tasks such as surveys, reports, inspections, cladding work, and dilapidations.
The company offer a diverse and interesting range of projects including bespoke new builds and refurbishments.
The role comes with strong long-term progression as well as development which may include managing a team of Junior Surveyors, should this be of interest.
The Senior Building Surveyor
Experience:
- A Degree in Building Surveying
- Ideally MRICS qualified
- Professional services experience
- Previous experience working within a consultancy
In return?
The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:
- £50,000 - £60,000
