An innovative Building Surveying Consultancy, with an exciting portfolio of clients, are now seeking an Associate Director to head up and develop their Building Surveying team in Manchester.
The Associate Building Surveyor role entails a mix of professional and project work focusing on new build and refurbishment projects and tasks including surveys, reports, and dilapidations.
An ideal opportunity for an Associate Director seeking a position that can offer you the opportunity to develop and lead other individuals.
The successful Associate Director
- A Degree in Building Surveying
- MRICS preferred
- Experience working within a Consultancy
- Confident in leading a team and managing workload
- Have strong business development skills
