Intermediate Cost Consultant
Location: West London
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
Sick of being just a number in a corporate and demanding workplace?
Want to be part of a nurturing and collaborative environment that offers you long term progression and fantastic exposure to projects?
Then this is worth a read!
I have partnered up with a multi-disciplinary consultancy who are based in West London (missing the stressful central London commute) to assist them on their search for an innovative and motivated Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their RDR (residential) team.
They have a head count of around 95 across the company so you have the room to grow and develop without feeling like you are drowning in a crowd.
The residential team have a current head count of 12 but are looking to expand over the coming years to keep up with their healthy pipeline.
You will get exposure on schemes of up to a value of £30 million, whilst working closely alongside prestigious clients giving you the chance to build long term relationships and gaining highly amended skills and knowledge.
APC support is second to none, so if you are on your chartership journey then don’t fear as you can be assured you will get the best in-house support and training to give you the best chance of succession.
This company implemented flexi working long before the pandemic to make life for their employees easier and this also allows you to work autonomously.
As they have a really high retention rate, the company have a real family-like feel, and take pride in the environment they have created over the past 40 years.
They keep up this reputation by organising team days out, in-office activities (like ping pong and BBQs) and of course are always up for Friday night food/drinks – you’ll never be bored in this office!
With great package, culture and diversity it would be pretty mad to miss on this opportunity, so, apply below with your updated CV or alternatively add me on LinkedIn (Sara Beal) to find out more!
