Job Details
A thriving Building Surveying Consultancy is now looking for a confident and client facing Senior Building Surveyor to join their Birmingham office.
The Senior Building Surveyor role:
This is a project focused Building Surveying role within the public sectors, specifically the educational sector. Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Design
- Contract administration
- Condition surveys.
Whilst you would be predominantly project focused, having professional services experience will be beneficial.
The Senior Building Surveyor
The Senior Building Surveyor will ideally have experience working within a consultancy, within the education sector and in contract administration and design.
Ideally, the Senior Building Surveyor will have a Degree in Building Surveying and MRICS or working towards.
It is also important the Building Surveyor is able to create and develop strong client relationships so experience in a client facing role will be beneficial to the individuals success.
