Your new company
This fast-paced and large inner-city Local Authority are seeking to appoint an interim Estates Surveyor to start ASAP. The role is fully flexible re. Home Working and requires only for you to be on site as necessary. The contract is 37 hours per week and ongoing initially until the end of the September.

Your new role
To support the Council's corporate asset management objectives that includes providing professional property advice, supporting property related projects and valuations. To support the day-to-day management of the Council's Property Trading Portfolios and support the delivery of creative property solutions that are commercially viable and robust.
- Property Management of a large range of properties.
- Supporting with and conducting Valuations.
- Negotiating Leases and Rent Reviews.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have working knowledge of valuations, management, and negotiation and providing advice on different types of property. You will also have a Degree level property qualification with relevant experience in property and/or extensive experience within the property profession.
