Estates Manager at Pipers Corner School.
You will be responsible for the smooth running of the Estate, specifically leading on all thing’s Hard Services, including PPM’s, reactive maintenance and projects. You will also liaise with the Operations Manager across the Soft services.
You will have Direct Line Management of 4 people and 5 indirect members across the Team.
Your main task will be strategic, you will be working on a new 10 year planned maintenance strategy. This will incorporate Refurbishment planning and Space strategy.
Working closely with the Bursar you will be responsible for budgeting, capital works and Health and Safety across the Estate.
Where will you be working?
Well, the School sits in 96 acres of grounds, imagine your office window looking out over the perfectly manicured lawns. More importantly you will be working with a mix of buildings including an Art Centre, Sixth Form centre a Library and more.
