Your new company
Your new company is an independent property consultancy consisting of chartered surveyors, property managers and registered valuers.

Based in Kingston upon Thames, and serving clients in the Greater London area, this company has been providing management and consultancy services to occupiers and landlords for over 30 years, dealing with office, retail, industrial and investment properties of all shapes and sizes.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate should possess the following:

• Commercial property agency experience, primarily dealing with office, industrial, retail and development transactions.
• A full understanding of RICS professional standards.
• Experience in dealing with high caliber clients.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Have a full, clean UK driving licence for property inspections and viewings.
• Good career potential with a long established and professional firm.
