Archer Recruitment is working with an international construction consultancy to recruit a chartered Quantity Surveyor to its London team. The company can offer a varied role working on projects across Heritage, Higher Education, Healthcare and Regeneration sectors, where they have a strong reputation and client base.

The Quantity Surveyor will take responsibility for pre- and post-contract QS duties on their own portfolio of projects. Duties will include producing cost estimates and plans, managing the tender process, monitor the status of projects and attend site meetings, and negotiating final account settlements.

For this role, our client is looking to recruit an MRICS chartered surveyor with 2-3 years PQE, working in similar project sectors.

A salary up to £60k is on offer depending on level of experience, plus full benefits package including private healthcare, pension, paid subscriptions and 25 days annual leave.
