Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor

A medium-sized international multidisciplinary consultancy is looking to recruit a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join its team in central London. Working as part of a highly regarded QS and PM team, you will be working on a mixture of projects across the Residential, Commercial and Data Centre sectors.

This is a client facing role working on large flagship projects mainly within the Data Centre and Critical Systems sector, and also covering Commercial and Residential developments.

The business has a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, and are looking to continue to grow the M&E cost consultancy offer within the London quantity surveying team. 

Typically, you will be seeing projects from inception, through cost planning and procurement and on to post contract delivery and commercial management. 

The company has modern London offices in a central location close to St Pauls, and offer flexibility for remote working.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong experience in providing M&E cost planning and quantity surveying services to data centre clients ideally, as well as other sectors. They will should also be MRICS chartered.

On offer is a salary up to £85k, dependent on level of experience. You will also receive a full benefits package including bonus, private medical insurance, generous pension scheme and season ticket loan.
