I was invited in to meet with the Senior Partners of this business last week to talk about what they are doing and how they are doing all they can to be ahead of their competitors, to put it frankly I was blown away.

This is an opportunity to come in and lead an established team of 7 surveyors from Graduate – Associate level on a mix of projects within residential, commercial/mixed-use schemes with values up to £300m.

You would be managing key client accounts and you would be expected to get the best out of your team and over see the delivery of some of London’s largest most exciting schemes – one particular project that has just come to fruition is a £250m high-end mixed-use scheme in Mayfair that is due to be on site in July and expected to run through to 2024.

This business is renowned for having one of the best training programs in the industry, not just at APC level but right up to the top, they have just developed their own inhouse software that is going to be released net month which is going to enable them to be more efficient when delivering/benchmarking etc but also when pitching for new work.

When being presented to, the leaders of the business pulled in a chap to the meeting room that had been with the business for 9 years since starting as a graduate, he now has equity within the company, they wanted to make it very clear that anyone can achieve this in any given time if they are showing the right competencies.
