This role brings something a little different and this comes in the form of a boutique consultancy located in the heart of Mayfair. It’s an opportunity for a senior level individual to come in and manage the property and asset management function. 

Ok, let’s get to the nitty gritty. You’ll be the client lead, dealing with high net-worth individuals. This provides the rare opportunity to become a hugely influential figure on assets such as a £50m office building in Covert Garden (impressive!). 

The portfolio consists of mainly offices, some retail and a small amount of residential.  It’s a senior level role with generous remuneration to match. You’ll be focusing heavily on adding value to assets, working in a hybrid Property and Asset Management role.
