The Technical Coordinator will be joining a brand new phase which will deliver circa 1400 residential units across multiple buildings, along with commercial, retail space, infrastructure and public realm in West London. Working closely with your Senior Technical Manager you will gain excellent exposure across the wider development and have the opportunity to see a development through from start to finish.

Description

As the Technical Coordinator you will be expected to get involved in:

• Managing the consultant Design Team, ensuring all disciplines are coordinated
• Ensuring the design process recognises current legislation, standards, and codes of practice.
• Working closely with site, build team and project management team
• Commenting on architectural planning and technical drawings including collating and reviewing internal comments and ensuring amendments are incorporated accordingly.
• You will be expected to be flexible and could be involved in looking at Residential, Commercial, Retail, Public Realm and Infrastructure elements.

Profile

The ideal candidate for the Technical Coordinator position will show:

• Experience at the Technical & Delivery stages of Construction projects.
• Any experience with a Developer or Contractor in a Design Coordination position is an advantage.
• However, Engineering or Architectural Consultants are encouraged to apply provided you can show a broad range of projects and ambition to learn.
• Flexibility and variety in your project background.

Job Offer

The Technical Coordinator will receive:

• Basic Salary ranging from £45-50,000
