Conrad Consulting are currently recruiting for a Associate Partner of the Project Management team in Plymouth.

Our client: A large and well-respected multi-discipline consultancy offering expert services in a large range of sectors in the Property and Construction industry.

The role: As a leader of a team of no more than 4 Project Managers, you will be able to lead and develop less Senior members of the team, whilst providing Project Management services including technical advice and pre and post contract project management services.

MRICS qualification or equivalent qualification (CIOB, MAPM)A demonstrable understanding of Project management Computer literateDemonstrable understanding of sustainable constructionProject appraisal knowledge and skills - highlighting strengths and weaknesses of projects and making judgements based on the analysis.
