Staff Valuer / Staff Surveyor – up to £72k basic plus package

One of our clients, a Specialist Lender, requires an MRICS / FRICS and VRS qualified Surveyor for a Staff Valuer / Staff Surveyor in-house position as follows:
- HMO and Buy to Let Focus
- Experience of Development Finance and Investment Valuation for secured lending
- 1-3 inspections per day, single reporting format
- Report quality and compliance key, focused on sound lending decisions rather than volume
Suitable Staff Valuer applicants will reside in or close to Coventry / South East Midlands and come from a stable career, claim free background.
Remuneration for the successful Staff Valuer will include a basic salary up to £72k, executive car, pension, group profit share and benefits.
