Residential Surveyors & Trainees– UK wide – Up to £55k basic + bonus + car
We’re working with a national independent Surveying firm who not only employ fully experienced Residential Surveyors but also specialise in cross-training Chartered Surveyors keen to become Residential Surveyors from relevant backgrounds.
In addition to making such transitions possible for first time entrants, they also provide fully experienced Residential Surveyors with top tier panel and private work in manageable volumes across the UK.
In all cases suitable Surveyors will hold MRICS/FRICS or AssocRICS qualification with eligibility for VRS and have good exposure to Residential Inspection or Valuation (although in the case of those Surveyors looking to transition in to Residential Surveying this doesn’t have to have been for secured lending purposes).
Immediate vacancies exist for both experienced Residential Surveyors and Surveyors keen to become such in the following locations:
Canterbury, Gloucester, Hull / Doncaster, Leicester, Leeds, Manchester, Kent, Northampton / MK, North / West London, Peterborough, Swansea, South East London, Sutton / Kingston, Stoke, South West London, Bournemouth, Kent / Brighton, Stevenage / Cambridge and Surrey
For Surveyors ineligible for VRS, our client will also consider a Homebuyer Report only workload in select locations so please do get in touch if this is the case for you.
Remuneration in all cases will include a basic salary up to £55k, bonuses based on fee income and a car allowance, not to mention mentoring/funding for qualifications as required.
