General Practice Surveyor Wanted in Dorking .

Your new company
One of the UK's leading providers of development, valuation and appraisal advice to the public sector. They currently advise 20 London Boroughs and more than 20 other Unitary and District Council's across the South Eastern part of the UK as part of our growing client base. They have been responsible for training a number of graduates to MRICS reflecting the intention to grow organically and also to develop its own unique culture.

Your new role
The successful candidate will be a Chartered Surveyor or approaching APC with a broad based surveying background. The practice is seeking to grow both the range and scope of its services and broaden its client base. You will help deliver this ambition as well as contributing to the current extensive and varied workload. The opportunity exists for a self-motivated and ambitious individual to develop their skills and expertise in a refreshingly dynamic team in a supportive environment.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a broad knowledge pf General Practice Surveying including experience with presenting and preparing reports, knowledge of the planning systems and good negotiation skills. You can also make a positive contribution to generating fee income and will be a fun and lively character with some experience of working with the public sector
