The team are looking to hire an Asset Management Analyst, sat within the Real Estate team, that will get the opportunity to contribute to a growing, fast-paced and successful business.

Client Details

My client possesses over 20 years' experience in designing, building and operating energy-efficient, reliable data centres - hosting significant financial, media, corporate and cloud wholesale providers across the world. Their portfolio includes 29 state-of-the-art data centres across Europe and Asia Pacific offering flexible and affordable colocation and IT infrastructure solutions. With strong financial backing in place the company is now looking to expand their global footprint which will enable them to invest and leverage their real estate and infrastructure to expand on their current sites and open up new ones.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain full exposure within a buoyant RE sector as part of a dynamic and agile team. The successful applicant will provide and present key data and analysis and insight to the asset managers for the current and future Data Centre portfolio, as well as supporting new developments and acquisitions.


  • Commercial and sales data extraction, cleansing and analysis to aid reporting for Asset Management team members.
  • Support Asset Managers in their assessment and analysis of leasing opportunities including supporting preparation of financial models (cash flows, capex, IRR and sensitivity analysis).
  • Aid the preparation of site Asset Management packs, including lease expiry, renewal and churn analysis.
  • Preparation and reporting of Real Estate KPIs for the portfolio, including WALT, vacancy, pricing, market trends, top customers, lease expiries etc Regular reconciliation of the revenue and space databases to ensure accurate billing to clients.
  • Support the Asset Managers by preparing analyses; evaluating proposals for new opportunities and renewals.


The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of relevant experience in an analytical role - exposure to the real estate sector is preferred. Excel skills essential, with ability to quickly manipulate and analyse data a key requirement along with some understanding of the economics behind decision making in real estate is key - expected returns, payback, IRR, yields etc.
