Senior Quantity Surveyor - Construction Consultancy - £55k plus benefits

A highly successful team is looking for Senior Quantity Surveyors looking for a new challenge, due to business expansion including a number of high-profile projects.  

Based in Birmingham, you will be joining a growing, relatively young team within a large world-wide organisation with strong career progression opportunity and tailored development. Primarily you will be working within the education, healthcare and leisure sectors with bits of residential work, as required. Previous projects include, but are in no means limited to, The O2 Arena, Midland Metropolitan Hospital and Goldsmiths University.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of managing and delivering quantity surveying services from inception to completion on construction projects in a client facing as well as technical role. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to control and monitor a variety of projects concurrently.

Person Specification:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Predominately been operating within the traditional construction sectors
• Qualified or working towards MRICS
• NEC experience ideal
• Healthcare experience preferable
• Ability and desire to progress
• Flexible and well rounded, eager to take on a variety of tasks
• 3+ years relevant experience

Salary up to £55k per annum, plus bonus package including a pension; flexible working; cycle to work scheme; private healthcare; and 27 days holiday.
